If you wish to improve your health, then improve your nutrition. The quality of food you eat is your key to better health through better nutrition.
How much is your good health worth? Most folks don’t miss the water until the well runs dry.
If you do not control what you eat, it will take control of you – in a negative way.
Centuries ago, a wise Greek, known as the father of medicine, wrote:

My wise, old grandmother said the above to me when I was a child. If you’re not religious, you can substitute nature for God.
At the time, I had no idea what she meant by the above. Today, however, its meaning is crystal clear.
Poor Nutrition – Poor Health
There are many unhealthy foods masquerading as healthy. Discover why you’re unlikely buying and eating healthy food. This is true even if bought in the fresh produce section.

If you’re starting to live a more healthy lifestyle, just take it one step at a time. For example, if you decide to start with juicing, then, your first steps are:
- educate yourself about how to do it the right way
- buy the right juicer for your needs, and
- discover what mixture of fresh produce does what.
As the old saying goes, well begun is half done.
Perfect or Mature?
Your focus, especially at first, should be to become a mature student in one area of better nutrition for better health. We all start out as:
- students, then, if we continue to increase our knowledge,
- we become mature students, with an ability to separate nutritional wheat from its chaff, and finally,
- a few will become nutritional experts, usually in a niche, in which they are super passionate.
